We’re open on Mother's Day (which always falls on a Sunday) and extend our hours during Valentine’s Week and Mother’s Day Week to better serve you.

We are closed on six major holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas.

During busy floral seasons like Christmas and Valentine’s Day, we encourage customers to place orders early to ensure the best selection and service. While we strive to accommodate same-day delivery requests during these busy times, we can't guarantee last-minute orders due to high demand. Our standard delivery fees apply to all orders within Nebraska, USA. Please note, there may be additional charges for special time requests or rush deliveries. While we’ll do our best to accommodate specific time requests, we can’t guarantee exact delivery times.

To ensure same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 4PM in the recipient's time zone. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day. For international orders, please call us at +1402-219-9229 to place your order. These typically require 48 hours for delivery, and we cannot accept international orders online.

You can cancel your order at any time before delivery. However, if your order is already on its way or has been delivered, we are unable to cancel it. Please give us a call at +1402-219-9229 if you need to cancel. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request as long as it meets our cancellation policy.

We want to make sure you’re completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you’re not happy with your flowers or gift, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your flowers or perishable items, we’ll replace them to your satisfaction. Please contact us at +1402-219-9229 within 24 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement.

Non-perishable specialty gifts can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as they are unopened and in their original packaging with all documentation.

Please note that shipping fees are refundable only if the return is due to an error on our part. If the return is for any other reason, you’ll receive a full refund for the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fees will not be refunded.
